Polite & professional service but the office didn't tell me they were not part of my PPO network until after receiving service & being charged $150 more than for in-network service. They told me I had a deductible to meet but not that I was out of network. Maybe this is my fault but I've never had an medical organization do this to me before. I have a painful condition & have to start over, delaying treatment.

This facility and its staff are all top notch. The Doctor is professional, polite, and extremely skilled at his practice. The facility is clean and safe with the best staff. Doctor, Nurse Practitioner and front desk staff were all professional and welcoming and addressed and treated my ailment promptly. I am truly thankful for the treatment I received at this practice.
