Highly recommended! Keeping your spine in alignment just makes everything better. I just started in a new position--delivering packages for FedEx. I hadn't been in for an adjustment in awhile, and I knew I really needed it. Dr McFarland got me all straightened out, and I feel great! I'll be continuing regular appointments to keep in shape.
